The Role

As an AI Integration Strategist, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for client engagements, working embedded with their teams to assess readiness, identify high-impact opportunities, implement practical AI solutions, and build lasting organizational capability. This isn't a behind-the-scenes role—you'll be the face of Dual Logic to our clients, trusted to navigate complexity and deliver results with significant autonomy.

You'll work with time-constrained business leaders who recognize AI's potential but need a trusted partner to cut through the hype. Your job is to meet them where they are and help them get where they need to go—practically, measurably, and responsibly.

What You'll Do

• Lead Strategy Engagements: Conduct AI readiness assessments, map workflows to identify high-friction opportunities, evaluate build vs. buy options, and develop actionable roadmaps tied to specific business outcomes
• Drive Implementation: Guide tool selection and vendor evaluation, oversee system integrations, automate workflows, and ensure smooth rollout with structured adoption support
• Build Organizational Capability: Deliver role-specific training workshops, enable leadership to champion AI adoption, develop internal AI champions, and create resources that sustain fluency after engagements end
• Develop Governance Frameworks: Design practical AI policies covering acceptable use, data handling, quality review, and escalation procedures tailored to each client's context
• Measure and Communicate Impact: Establish baselines, track performance metrics, and translate results into business terms that resonate with executive stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Consulting Experience: 5+ years in management consulting, professional services, or client-facing roles where you've led engagements with significant autonomy
• AI Fluency: Deep hands-on experience with generative AI tools and a genuine understanding of their capabilities, limitations, and practical applications—you should be using these tools daily
• Business Acumen: Ability to connect technology capabilities to business outcomes; you think in terms of time saved, efficiency gained, and ROI delivered
• Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to explain complex concepts clearly to non-technical audiences; you translate, you don't overwhelm
• Training & Facilitation: Experience designing and delivering training programs, workshops, or enablement initiatives; comfortable in front of groups from frontline teams to executive leadership
• Self-Direction: Proven ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize independently, and deliver results without constant oversight
• Change Management Orientation: You understand that technology adoption is fundamentally about people; you build around humans, not systems

Nice to Have

• Experience with workflow automation platforms (Make, Zapier, Power Automate)
• Background in one of our focus industries: Professional Services, SaaS, Financial Services, or Associations
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Google Workspace AI features, or enterprise AI platforms
• Experience building or implementing RAG systems or AI agents

Compensation

This is a part-time contract position with compensation commensurate with experience. We structure our contracts to reflect the depth of expertise you bring and the value you deliver to clients.

• Hourly Rate: Negotiable based on experience and track record
• Expected Hours: 15–25 hours/week, with flexibility based on client engagement cycles
• Growth Path: Opportunity to expand scope and hours as the practice grows and client relationships develop
