Stand up accounts, tour the interface, connect safe data sources, and map each leader's real work to the 2–3 workflows worth automating first.
Workflow build
Build their anchor workflow live, against their own documents and data—not toy examples.
Refinement
Review a week of real runs, tune prompts and structure until it's production-ready, and confirm they can run it solo.
Cleanup + iteration
Fix the rough edges daily use surfaces, then lock in and document the finished system.

What We Need From You
