Does the intro call with Dual Logic cost anything?
No. The 30-minute call is free. It’s a conversation with a founder about what you’re working on, not a sales pitch, and we’ll tell you honestly whether there’s a project here.
Who should join the intro call from our side?
The person who owns the problem you want to solve. If the person who signs off on budget can join too, even better: we can talk through scope and a sensible first step together.
Do I need to prepare anything for the intro call?
No. If you have a list of workflows that eat your team’s time, or a tool you’re already trying, bring it. We’ll ask about your organization, the work itself and what you’ve tried so far.
What happens after the intro call?
If there’s a fit, we send a short written summary and a proposed next step. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so.
What if none of the booking times work for me?

How quickly does Dual Logic reply to messages?

Where is Dual Logic based, and do you work on site?
Dual Logic is based in Washington, DC, and works with clients across the US, remotely and on site. You don’t need to be near DC to work with us.
