The work looks different in every industry. Start with yours.
We work with the people who know the work, build within the systems and constraints that shape it, and leave the organization able to keep improving.
Organizations that have worked with Dual Logic.
AI should make you better at the work your industry values.
Dual Logic combines industry context with strategy, enablement, engineering, and production operations to help organizations make those distinctions—and carry the right changes through.
Every industry has
- work that should become faster
- work that should be redesigned
- work whose human quality must be protected
We will help determine what needs better tools, what needs a redesigned workflow, what needs a custom build, and what should remain distinctly human.
Find your industry, or your department
Most engagements touch both: one department’s work inside one industry’s rules.

From a client
“We now have a group of champions who are fluent in the tools, energized by the possibilities, and bringing real intellectual curiosity to how we work.”
What we did, and what changed
Each story covers the business problem, the work we did and the result. Skills and readiness outcomes are reported separately from operational and financial ones.

Questions before the first call
What leaders ask when they are working out whether we fit.
Contact usContact usWho does Dual Logic work with?
Dual Logic works with organizations of 50 to 1,000 people across nine industries: associations, financial services, food and beverage, hospitality, nonprofits, private equity, professional services, retail and e-commerce, and software as a service. We also work by department, from finance and legal to marketing, sales and IT. Most engagements touch both: one department’s work inside one industry’s rules.
What if my industry isn’t on Dual Logic’s list?
Book a call anyway: Dual Logic’s nine industry pages aren’t a closed list. Our method stays the same across sectors, and we fit the work to your systems, regulations and people. The nine department pages, from finance to customer service, are organized by function rather than sector, so one of them may be closer to your problem.
Where does an engagement with Dual Logic usually start?
Usually with an AI Integration Blueprint, a fixed-scope diagnostic that takes three to six weeks. It begins with interviews across the organization, from the leadership team to the people doing the work, and ends with a roadmap of three to five use cases scored on impact, feasibility and effort. If you already have a defined initiative, we can start there instead.
Do we need an in-house technical team to work with Dual Logic?
No. For technical work, Dual Logic handles the architecture, development and deployment, and adds experienced engineers as the work needs them. The AI Integration Blueprint needs no prior AI fluency either: it sets the baseline the rest of the work builds on. We document what we build and agree up front who runs it afterwards: your team, us, or both.
How much does an engagement with Dual Logic cost?
Dual Logic prices each engagement to its scope, which we agree with you before any work starts. A fixed-scope diagnostic such as the AI Integration Blueprint is priced differently from a training program or a custom build. We define the work, your team’s role and how success will be measured, then fit it to your budget. Book a call for a straight answer.
