Privacy Policy

Overview
Dual Logic, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit duallogic.ai or use our services.
Information We Collect
Information you provide: When you fill out forms, subscribe to our newsletter, register for events, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, company name, job title, and other information you choose to share. When you book a call, HubSpot’s scheduling tool collects your name, email and the time you choose. Our contact and guide forms are run by HubSpot. When you register for one of our webinars, we share the information you submit on the registration form with Zoom, the service that runs them, so it can send you a personal join link.
AI Maturity Snapshot: When you take the Snapshot, we collect your answers, the context you choose (your whole organization or a team, your industry, organization size and primary goal) and any note you add about a workflow you’d like to improve. To see your results, you give your work email and company, and you can add your name and role. HubSpot stores these on your contact record. We use them to email your plan and to prepare for any review you book. Your browser keeps your answers until you close the tab, so you can pick up where you left off; it never keeps your note. If you tick the newsletter box, beehiiv adds your address to The 5th Wave. To stop repeated or automated requests, our website briefly keeps the email address and IP address of recent requests in memory, for no more than a day.
Newsletter: Our newsletter, The 5th Wave, is sent with beehiiv. When you subscribe, beehiiv stores your email address, and we copy it to HubSpot so we know who our subscribers are. Every issue has a one-click unsubscribe link.
Information collected automatically: When you visit, our analytics tools collect usage data, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs. Cookies and Analytics, below, says which tools and how to turn them off.
Cookies and Analytics
We use Google Tag Manager to load two tools: Google Analytics and HubSpot’s tracking code. They set cookies that tell us which pages are visited, how visitors found us, and, if you later fill in a form, which pages you viewed before. We have turned off Google’s advertising features, so your visits to our site are not used for Google’s ads.
Global Privacy Control: Global Privacy Control is a browser setting that tells websites you don’t want to be tracked or have your data sold or shared. If your browser sends it, our pages load neither Google Analytics nor HubSpot’s tracking code. Two parts of our Contact page still come from HubSpot: the contact form, and the booking calendar, which is HubSpot’s own page shown inside ours. HubSpot runs its tracking code inside that calendar. We act on Global Privacy Control, not on the older Do Not Track signal.
Spam protection: Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to stop spam. It looks at how the form is used and sets a cookie of its own. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to it.
If you’re in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland: we ask before setting analytics or HubSpot tracking cookies. A banner lets you accept or decline each kind. Until you accept, Google Analytics doesn’t run.
Other ways to opt out: You can block cookies in your browser’s settings, or turn off Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out add-on.
Changing your choice: If you made a choice in our cookie banner, the button below lets you change it. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, there’s nothing to choose: our analytics and HubSpot tracking don’t load.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide our services
- Send newsletters and updates (with your consent)
- Improve our website and user experience
- Comply with legal obligations
Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information, or share it for advertising. We share it with the service providers who help us run our business: Google (analytics, and reCAPTCHA on our contact form), HubSpot (forms, scheduling and our customer records), beehiiv (newsletter), Zapier (which copies newsletter sign-ups from beehiiv to HubSpot), Zoom (webinars) and Netlify (hosting). We may also share information when required by law.
How Long We Keep It
We keep your contact record until you ask us to delete it, which you can do at any time (see Your Rights). Your newsletter subscription lasts until you unsubscribe. Google Analytics keeps usage data for 14 months.

Dual Logic is based in the United States, and so are our main service providers. Your information is processed in the United States. Some providers, such as Google and Netlify, also run servers in other countries.
