About the role
As an AI Trainer & Enablement Specialist, you'll deliver the training and enablement layer of our client programs, often working across several active engagements at a time. Some days that means facilitating a session for a full staff; others, it's coaching a small group of power users, building out a shared prompt library, or preparing an internal champion to lead their own rollout.
You'll shift fluidly between a coaching role and a hands-on building role depending on what each engagement needs — and everything you deliver is designed to leave capability behind, not create dependency on you.
What you will do
- Deliver Training Programs: Run structured, multi-phase programs — from orientation and responsible-use grounding through advanced, team-specific deep dives — for audiences ranging from frontline staff to executive leadership
- Design Cohort-Based Enablement: Build and facilitate programs that move organizations from a handful of early adopters to embedded, department-level champions
- Build Shared Resources: Develop and manage prompt libraries, skills libraries, and use-case repositories so successful approaches spread across each client's organization
- Stand Up Supporting Tools: Configure the assets teams learn on — Claude Projects and skills, custom GPTs, Copilot agents in Teams and SharePoint, Gemini Gems — so new capability sticks in the flow of work
- Coach and Support: Provide office hours and ad hoc coaching for teams actively building their own workflows after training ends
- Develop Learning Materials: Create training content and learning paths tailored to each program, with governance and responsible use built in from the start
- Multiply Capability: Coach internal enablement leads to become capable facilitators and force-multipliers for their own programs
What you bring
- Training Track Record: Proven experience designing and running AI training in professional settings — you know the difference between awareness training and actual capability building
- Claude Fluency: Deep hands-on expertise with Claude, including Projects, custom instructions, and organizational (Teams or Enterprise) deployments
- Breadth Across Platforms: Working fluency with ChatGPT, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Google Gemini alongside Claude — including custom GPTs, Copilot Studio agents, and Gemini Gems
- Range as a Communicator: Credibility with every kind of audience, from highly technical users to staff with no technical background
- Flexibility: Comfortable shifting between coaching and hands-on implementation depending on what the engagement needs; familiarity with workflow platforms like Power Automate or Zapier is a plus
Compensation
This is a remote role, available as a part-time contract or full-time. Compensation is discussed individually and structured to fit the arrangement and the depth of expertise you bring.
