About the role
As an AI Workflow Automation Specialist, you're the hands-on execution layer of our implementation work. You'll take a business pain point from discovery conversation to shipped automation — designing the workflow, building it, validating it with the people who'll use it, and documenting it so it lives on after handoff.
Most specialists work across a few engagements at a time, each with its own systems and stakeholders. We're hiring for multiple openings across different areas of focus.
What you will do
- Build End-to-End Automations: Design and implement workflows using platforms like Zapier, Make, n8n, and Power Automate, including multi-step logic, conditional branching, and API-based integrations
- Connect Business Systems: Link CRMs, marketing platforms, HRIS, document systems, and productivity suites through AI-assisted pipelines, including agents built in Copilot Studio or Salesforce Agentforce where they fit
- Translate Needs into Solutions: Turn business pain points into concrete, shippable workflows through direct discovery with functional teams
- Coach as You Build: Run hands-on working sessions with stakeholders as automations come together, so capability stays inside the client's organization rather than creating dependency
- Iterate and Hand Off: Refine live automations based on user feedback; maintain documentation and handoff materials for every workflow delivered
- Build Responsibly: Coordinate with IT and security stakeholders on governance requirements as workflows go into production
What you bring
- Production-Grade Automation Experience: Demonstrable work building real automations in at least one major platform — Zapier, Make, n8n, or Power Automate — including multi-step workflows, conditional logic, error handling, and API integrations
- AI Tool Fluency: Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, and Google Gemini, particularly prompt design and project or agent configuration for business workflows; familiarity with Copilot Studio or Agentforce is a plus
- Stakeholder Skills: Comfortable working directly with non-technical teams to gather requirements, run working sessions, and validate outputs
- Self-Direction: Able to manage concurrent workstreams independently and communicate clearly on progress and blockers
Compensation
This is a remote role, available as a part-time contract or full-time. Compensation is discussed individually and structured to fit the arrangement and the depth of expertise you bring.
